رێکخراوی ئێمە میوانداری دانیشتنێکی هۆشیاریی کرد لەسەر داکۆکیکردن لە تەندروستی زاوزێ لەگەڵ گروپێکی دڵسۆز لە خۆبەخشانی خوێندکاری پزیشکیی رێکخراوی IFMSA. لە داهاتوویەکی نزیکدا، ئەم خوێندکارانە خۆیان ئامادە دەکەن بۆ بەشداریکردن لە هەڵمەتێکی کۆمەڵایەتی کاریگەر کە لەلایەن ڕێکخراوی ئێمە لە ڕێگەی پڕۆژەی ماسارۆنا سەرپەرشتی دەکرێت- کە پڕۆژەیەکی هەرێمییە کە گەنجان بەهێز دەکات و تەندروستی زاوزێ بەرەوپێش دەبات لە ناوچەی رۆژهەڵاتی ناوەڕاست و باکوری ئەفریقیا. بە وزە و پابەندبوونی ئەم گەنجانە، ئێمە هەنگاوێک لە بنیاتنانی کۆمەڵگایەکی ئاگادارتر و گشتگیرتر و پشتیوانتر نزیک دەبینەوە. We hosted an awareness session on advocacy for reproductive health and rights with a passionate group of IFMSA medical student volunteers! As future changemakers, these students are getting ready to join an impactful community campaign led by EMMA Organization through the Masarouna Project—a regional movement empowering youth and advancing reproductive health in MENA region. With their energy and commitment, we’re one step closer to building a more informed, inclusive, and supportive society.

Emma Organization for Human Development was founded in 2013 by three female activists with a vision to advance the role of women in society, promote gender equality and empower women in Kurdistan. “Emma” is a Kurdish term meaning (WE) and is the concept by which this organization functions as a unit working together as "One Team" from different cultural backgrounds and religious beliefs to achieve goals and rebuild lives.

ئێمە یادی جینۆسایدکردنی خوشک و برایانی ئیزیدی دەکاتەوە لە ساڵیادی داگیرکردنی شنگال و جینۆسایدکردنی خوشک و برایانی ئێزدی لەلایەن تیرۆریستانی داعشەوە، رێکخراوی ئێمە بۆ گەشەپێدانی مرۆیی یادی ئەو رۆژە دەکاتەوە، بۆ چەند ساتێک بە بێدەنگی و داگیرساندنی مۆم بۆ گیانی قوربانیان. پاشخان”ئەمڕۆ 11 ساڵ بەسەر کۆمەڵکوژیی ئێزدییەکان تێ دەپەڕێت؛ لە هێرشی ڕێکخراوی تیرۆریستیی داعشدا بۆ سەر شنگال لە 3ـی ئابی ساڵی 2014، داعش کوردانی ئێزدیی کۆمەڵکوژ کرد و شەش هەزار و 417 کەسیشی ڕفاند. تا ئێستا سێ هەزار و 591 کوردی ئێزدی لە دەست داعش ڕزگارکراون و چارەنووسی دوو هەزار و 500ـی دیکەش نادیارە و هەوڵی ڕزگارکردنیان دەدرێت.”

پاش پێنج ساڵ لە کارکردن تێیدا پڕۆژەی مەسارونا بەرەو کۆتایی قۆناغی جێبەجێکردن دەڕوات. پڕۆژەی مەسارونا پڕۆژەیەکی هەرێمییە کە لە شەش وڵاتی ڕۆژهەڵاتی ناوەڕاست و باکوری ئەفریقیا جێبەجێدەکرێت و رێکخراوی ئێمە یەکێکە لە هاوبەشەکانی جێبەجێکردنی. ئامانج لەم پڕۆژەیە هۆشیارکردنەوەی گەنجانە لەبارەی تەندروستی زایندەیی و باشترکردنی دەستپێڕاگەیشتن بە زانیاری و خزمەتگوزاری گشتگیر لە تەواوی لایەنە جیاوازەکانی تەندروستی زایندەیی. لە کۆتا چالاکیەکانماندا، بە ئامادەبوونی تیمی ئاسانکارانی پڕۆژەکە لە پارێزگاکانی هەولێر و هەڵەبجە بە دەستکەوتەکانی پڕۆژەکەدا چوینەوە و پێشنیارەکانیانمان بۆ پێویستییەکانی ئێستا و داهاتووی کۆمەڵگا لەبارەی تەندروستی زایندەیی وەرگرت. سوپاس بۆ هەموو ئەوانەی بەشداربوون لە سەرکەوتنی پڕۆژەی مەسارونا و باشترکردنی تەندروستی زایندەیی لە هەرێمی کوردستان After five years of work, the Masaruna project is nearing the end of its implementation phase. The Masaruna Project is a regional project implemented in six countries in the Middle East and North Africa and our organization is one of its implementation partners. The project aims to raise awareness of reproductive health among young people and improve access to comprehensive information and services in all different aspects of reproductive health. In our final activities, in the presence of the project facilitators team in Erbil and Halabja provinces, we reviewed the achievements of the project and received their suggestions for the current and future needs of the community regarding reproductive health. Thank you to all those who contributed to the success of the Masaruna project and improving reproductive health in the Kurdistan Region.

In May, EMMA hosted a two-day training on reproductive and mental health for the dedicated teachers of Hiwa Institute for Deaf Students. EMMA remains committed to supporting marginalized groups in the Kurdistan Region, ensuring access to essential knowledge and resources for all.
