Under the supervision of Oxfam and the financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Emma organized a series of seminars on rights and reproductive health for a number of high school students and parents in Halabja province. We would like to thank the directorate of Education of Halabja and the directors of the High Schools of Halabja province for their loyalty to Halabja Province and the youth of the city.
