Meditation activity conducted at Emma center in Duhok

Our staff in Duhok has conducted a meditation activity for a number of displaced women and girls in its center on the 29th of August 2018.

Meditation is an important exercise for the body, soul and mind if done in the right way it will give a relaxing feeling for the person, it is the only way to connect with yourself and reduce the anxiety due to the daily life pressure.

We at Emma use meditation for the displaced women after it has shown excellent results and feedbacks from them under professional supervision of the staff.
