International literacy Day

Every year this day is celebrated to encourage the people towards achieving education as Literacy is important as food to be alive and success. It is too necessary to eradicate the poverty, lowering the child mortality, attaining the gender equality, and ending the world’s tragedy being caused by illiteracy etc. This ability is only in literacy which can increase the prestige of family and country.

According to many statistics, a great number of children and female are unable to read or write at a basic level in their native languages in the country.

In an effort to combat illiteracy, Emma Organization for Human Development constantly opens illiteracy courses in all its centers for girls and women as it believes that advocating for education is the only key to have access to the gender equality across the country.
